As of June 2008, registration for Dynamo Swim Club will be online.  Please read the information below, and then proceed to the online registration by clicking the link below.

• Online registration is for all athletes for Dynamo Swim Club and Dynamo Juniors, as well as Dynamo Masters.  For registration and information on Dynamo Swim School, click on the link at the top of this page.

• All athletes new to Dynamo must have an evaluation prior to registering online.  An evaluation schedule and contact information is posted here.

• Returning Dynamo Swim Club athletes are asked to register for the group they are currently in, rather than one they may be placed in as of the fall.  Returning athletes are requested to register by June 25 2008 to insure your spot in SC 2008-09.

• As part of our online registration, payment the registration fee is due at the end of the process.   You may pay by echeck or credit card (follow the menu`s), and you will receive a confirmation email upon completing the process.  As before, there is no fee for Dynamo Masters registration. 

• The site allows you to register multiple athletes.  Start with one athlete, and just before checkout and payment the system will allow you to register another child.  Much of the inputting will be copied from child one as you go through child 2`s registration.

• Please fill the forms out in entirety.  We need all the medical form information before we can allow your child to participate in any practices.

• The season start date is August 18 2008 for preseason practices, with an altered schedule and some conditioning and teaching.  Practice in normal group structure starts on September 8th.  Please click on the appropriate practice schedule: Chamblee  Alpharetta  Dynamo Juniors

• Dynamo Team Dues and Financial Information

• The registration fee is due upon checkout through the online system, and is non-refundable.  Your Dynamo monthly bill is not part of the online system.  As part of the registration process, as in all years past, we ask that you do the following once you have registered through the Active Network:

  Please print off your confirmation email, and send or drop it off at either facility, along with check for the first month (September 2008) of dues by July 1.  As with the registration process, please use your current group prices, and we can make adjustments in September for the October billing cycle.  This is important to our operation during the summer months as we collect no real fees for the months of June, July and August, and will help us keep a develop a system of checking the online registration process.

The plusses of online registration are: 

• • Input information once, and much of it is copied.

  • We are looking for more accurate and compete information in our database.

  • The online system file will dump into our Team Hytek database, and likewise our accounting system. 

  • Once your information is input, registration next year will be easy as you just update information year to year.  Remember to keep your username and password somewhere.  There is a system for retreiving your password if you forget it, though none for your username (email address) if lost.
