Dynamo Juniors Program
The Dynamo Juniors Program is designed to provide a flexible alternative for children who are participating in multiple sports or activities, and arranged on a session basis. The children receive Dynamo’s professional and quality swim instruction, while maintaining their commitments to multiple activities. ALL ATHLETES MUST ATTEND AN EVALUATION AND BE PLACED BEFORE REGISTERING.  DO NOT REGISTER WITHOUT CONTACTING Coach Amanda (CHAMBLEE) OR Coach Rich (ALPHARETTA). 
Program Schedule:
We provide Fall, Winter, and Spring programs. Each session will run for 6 weeks.

Fall I Session: 13 September – 22 October 2010
Fall II Session: 1 November – 17 December 2010 (off November 22-26)
Winter Session: 3 January – 11 February 2011
Spring Session: 21 February – 31 March 2011
Summer Prep Session: 11 April – 19 May 2011 (Alpharetta only)

 *Please note: There is an additional one-time per season per child (Sept-May) registration fee of $45 per child for the program, payable via our online registration. Session Fees are handled exclusively through the online system as well. Program and registration fees are due at the time of registration by credit card. There is additional functionality to pay by check; however paying by check will put you on a wait list until the money is received. If the group reaches it maximum allowable registrants in the meantime, your registration will be returned to you. Paying by   

Program Level Description
STARFISH: For the beginner swimmer. Minimum ability to swim one length of the pool unassisted in both freestyle and backstroke. The goal for this level is to provide the swimmer with increased swimming exposure and confidence. Practice for this level will focus on refining freestyle and backstroke techniques as well as introducing the advanced disciplines of breaststroke & butterfly.
Practices: 1 or 2 days/week.
Practice time: Mon/Wed (Alpharetta and Chamblee locations); Tues/Thurs (Alpharetta only)
Program Size: 12 Participants
 
ii. SEAHORSE: This is an instructional level. Minimum ability to swim one length of the pool unassisted in both freestyle and backstroke. The Swimmer must be familiar with breaststroke and butterfly.Practice for this level is focused on refining technique of all four
swimming disciplines.

Practices 2 days/week.
Practice time:

Program Size: 20 Participants

iii. SEALS: This level builds on swimming techniques. Minimum ability to swim one length of the pool unassisted in all four 
disciplines: butterfly, backstroke,breaststroke and freestyle.
Practice at this level will focus on stroke refinement, endurancetraining, and introducing flip-turns. Conditioning training increases as each swimmer progresses.

Practices 2 days/week.

Program Size: 24 Participants

iv. SHARKS (Chamblee location only): For the experienced swimmer wanting to increase swimming ability and stay in shape. Minimum ability to swim one length of the pool unassisted in all four disciplines: butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, & freestyle. This group continues to emphasize stroke technique while improving aerobic conditioning.
